How long will I have to wait to receive my prints?
Our normal turnaround time is 5-7 Working Days from the point of payment, not from the point of sending us the artwork. If you would like a quicker service, we offer an Express Service for £35 +vat that will mean your prints are produced and delivered to you within 3-5 Working Days. This includes the expedited production and delivery to one UK Mainland address. To find out more, just get in touch.
What is the largest prints you can make?
Our widest rolls are 60 inches, 1524mm wide. We allow a minimum of 10mm each side for trimming so 59 inches 1494mm is comfortable maximum.
Taking this at the shortest dimension we can print 60 inches by any length.
What printer types do you use?
We use a fleet of profiled Canon imagePrograf Pro printers. The latest model, the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO 6100, is a 12 colour 60″ fine art and photographic printer with some of the latest advancements in print. All our printers are correctly profiled to all media that we print, giving you perfect reproduction every time.
What inks do you use?
We use Canon pigmented Lucia inks.
How many inks and what colour inks do you use?
Our machine uses a 12 colour system.
Black, Matt black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Photo cyan, Photo magenta, Grey, Photo grey, Red, Green, Blue
Can you print RGB files?
We can print RGB files and our RIP software is written to prioritse using pure Red Green and Blue from the ink sets to give maximum colour colour available.
This gives great bright colours and amazing results for oranges bright greens, purple and electric blues.
Do you sell prints for artists and photographers?
